About Me

Hi, I’m Amanda - I am a homebody spending my time with my family and fixing up our first house (which we bought in January) into a home more our style and attempting to do it on a budget. I have always been drawn to design and almost (within 24 hours of class starting) went to design school. But I accomplished other things in life and am ready to go after my dream of becoming an interior designer.  I have one little boy, a loving, hands-on husband, and a full-time non-design related job that is not my passion but pays the bills.  I love (and have become slightly obsessed with) interior design magazines, books and blogs. Follow me as I start off on my dream and share my life and family with you along the way!
